THE
ENCHANTED GARDEN
Poetry By Sand
Sitting
on a moss covered bough, with flowers adorning her hair
Her bare feet swinging in the breeze, as if she belonged
right there
Her gown is a wispy veil of white, that sparkles in the
soft sunlight
And her wings are adorned with glitter, decorated by a
tiny sprite
A soft breeze whispers against her hair and her cheeks
are tinged with rose
Her skin looks like porcelain bisque and she has a cute
turned up nose
She's poised and serene as she sits alone, waiting for
the magic to begin
Here alone she sits and waits in a tree in the beautiful
enchanted garden
Roses float down from the treetop, their fragrance picked
up by the wind
Carried across the meadow to the fairies that live in
the glen
They open their eyes to the morning, all covered with
dew from the night
And throw on their favorite frocks to meet in the garden
of light
Floating along on a rainbow with colors of pastel hues
The fairies bring light to the garden as they sprinkle
enchanted dew
They float through the rose petaled treetops and sit on
the branches below
And sprinkle their magical fairy dust until the whole
garden glows
